Zeta s.a.s provides services of consulting and technical help for retail companies but also for local authorities.
On behalf of clients in retailing, real estate and building sectors, Zeta manages the administrative procedures on the opening or expansion of mid-sized and big-sized sale outlets, franchising companies, malls and commercial areas. Our company writes also summaries dealing with trade and retail, and reports on the socio-economic impacts that the regional laws just published planned.

Recently, Zeta decided to act in concert with Trade Marketing Lab (go to company’s profile), a consulting company  in the field of commercial retail, situated in Perugia. This agreement aims at realizing analysis on the location of the points of sale or on its reposititioning on the market. In this way, both companies offer a complete consulting service for the opening, expansion or relocation of medium and big-sized retail areas.

On behalf of local authorities such as towns and regions, Zeta elaborates also regulations on trading locations, and participates (acting in concert with experts) in an interdisciplinary report on the means of improvement of the commercial activities in the historical town centres, in the development of reorganization projects of indoor markets and other shopping precincts, in the redaction of future projects of  polyvalent commercial areas offering services in different geographic typologies (for further information see “Servizi di consulenza”).
